精神診療所 爆男病患性虐同房男病友

〔社會中心／台北報導〕國軍北投醫院，被衛生署評鑑為精神科的專業教學醫院，不料日前卻傳出，1名男性精神病患，先後在病房及廁所內性侵、凌虐同病房的1名
